The US president, disappointed with Putin, gave the ceasefire another 50 days two weeks ago, but on Monday he reduced it to 10-12 days. The sanctions imposed would hit Moscow as well as countries that buy Russian oil and gas hard. However, the Kremlin apparently does not take Trump's repeated threats seriously, which would be quite difficult to enforce.
