Russian special services are impersonating Ukrainian law enforcement officers and coercing Ukrainian civilians into preparing arson attacks, acts of terrorism, and sabotage, the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported Monday, noting that the enemy has increased the frequency of such operations.
