Rusizi: Some households are said to be extorting money from their neighbors in unusual ways

Residents of Nkanka sector in Rusizi district say they have been attacked by two households in Hepfu village, where a man and a woman are plotting to extort money from their neighbors, threatening to cut off their genitals if they refuse. This incident is in Hepfu village, Kamanyenga cell, Nkanka sector. Residents who spoke to UMUSEKE said that they had devised a way to trick their neighbors in order to extort money from them.
