Car Plunges Into Flooded Ditch in Coahoma County; No Serious Injuries Reported

Summary
CLARKSDALE, Miss.–A car ended up almost completely underwater in a flooded ditch in a Saturday wreck in Coahoma County, said county firefighters. They did not give a specific location for the wreck. When firefighters arrived they found one car, with major damage to the front, in the ditch with rushing water. Everyone was able to get out of the car and no serious injuries were reported, though it appeared the car had gone airborne off the bridge and into the water.
