A Dauphin physician who posted conspiracy theories about the pandemic on his Facebook page, and claimed masks don’t reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus, is no longer practising medicine in Manitoba.Blair Hrabarchuk, an internal medicine physician who worked in the Prairie Mountain Health region, is no longer listed on the website of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
