Royal Oak library visitors increasing after worst of pandemic

The number of visitors at the Royal Oak Public Library climbed more than 230 percent during the last fiscal year. During the 2020-21 fiscal year, the number of people stopping in at the library plummeted from about 127,000 the previous year to less than 32,000. The number of e-book, audio and video downloads increased substantially during the worst of the pandemic.
