The British Navy has, for the first time ever, fired an advanced missile off the Norwegian island of Andøya.
The tests took place at Norway's Andøya test center in the north of the country and were part of the broader AEGIR 25 exercise. The allies had at their disposal two decommissioned Norwegian ships: the 36-meter-long missile-torpedo boat KNM Terne and the former 96-meter-long frigate KNM Trondheim.
