King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima honoured Montfoort, Benschop, Polsbroek, Ameide, Tienhoven aan de Lek and Vianen with a visit on Tuesday.

Our king and queen sought out the sun in our own polder today, instead of Greece or Argentina. They were visiting the province of Utrecht together, where a cozy and snug program awaited them: from pole vaulting to sculpting and from cheese tasting to a horse market. In short: what fun.
