Route 183 head-on crash south of Bernville was fatal to 2-year-old girl; both drivers injured

Route 183 remains closed between Old Church Road and Palisades Drive in Penn Township hours after a head-on crash claimed the life of a 2-year-old girl and injured both drivers, state police said.
