- Toronto Hydro reported that a little under 20,000 customers remained without power Thursday morning following the weather event. CP24 and CTV News footage revealed sections of the stadium were completely upended by the winds.
- No events were scheduled at the stadium during the storm, and no injuries occurred. Live Nation Canada spokesperson said, "As a result of yesterday's extreme weather, Rogers Stadium sustained significant damage," and the company is assessing the site.
- The upcoming AC/DC Power Up Tour concert scheduled for September 16 faces uncertainty as Live Nation assesses the damage. It remains unclear whether the venue will be repaired in time to host the band's performance.
