Due to extreme fire danger, the extended forecast and current fire activity in Colorado, Stage 2 fire restrictions are now in effect in Rocky Mountain National Park, according to a June 29 press release from the park. When Stage 2 restrictions are in effect, all campfires, including charcoal fires, are not permitted anywhere in Rocky Mountain National Park.
