LINDENWOOD, Ill. (WTVO) — A 33-year-old Rockford man was killed Friday in a motorcycle crash on Illinois Route 251. According to the Winnebago County Coroner's Office, authorities were called to the scene in Lindenwood where Wendell Roby, Jr. was found lying in the road around 4:10 p.m. Authorities said they believe Roby was driving northbound on IL 251 when he lost control and crashed.
