ROCHESTER — A Rochester woman is facing a drug-related charge after police found 101 fentanyl pills in her bag during a traffic stop. Anna Lynn Adams, 38, is charged with first-degree drug possession after police found a container with over 100 pills that tested positive for fentanyl.
