He was born on January 17, 1943 in Muncie, Indiana to Raymond and Helen Stout. Most of his childhood he lived in Rockwood, TN. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Sherry, (Easley) Stout; daughters, Tina Tallent of Greensburg and Michele (Corky) Owens of Westport; stepsons, Gary (Heather) Easley of Hollywood, MD
