RMWB, province spar over homelessness funding after recent announcement

In a Tuesday statement announcing more than $1.9 million for anti-homelessness programs, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) also accused the Alberta government of cutting funding to those programs. A provincial spokesperson says this claim is “dangerous fearmongering” and “the municipality is well-aware that they are spreading misinformation.”
