Today will be cloudy with precipitation. The Environment Agency (Arso) warns that the rain will intensify in the eastern regions and persist until Sunday morning. Rivers across the country are rising, with the Krka River overflowing its lower reaches.

The water levels of rivers in eastern, southern and partly central Slovenia are high, while they are medium elsewhere in the country. River flows in the Dravinja, Sotla, lower Sava and Kolpa basins, which increased during the night, are stable, while the Mura, Ledava, Pesnica, Savinja in the upper reaches are also increasing, and rivers in the Krka basin, which began to overflow in the lower reaches in the morning, are also increasing.
