The Federal Attorney General accuses the Thuringians of the most serious crimes in connection with a far-right terrorist cell.

Arrest warrants were issued against three alleged members of the so-called "Last Wave of Defense" on May 28, 2025. Two of them are accused of attempted murder, attempted aggravated arson, property damage, and the use of unconstitutional symbols. Some of them are also alleged to have conspired with another member to commit the murder.
