RIB Arrests Man Who Told Genocide Survivor that He "Kills a Tutsi Every Year"

The Rwanda National Police (RIB) has arrested a 45-year-old man suspected of making statements containing Genocide ideology to a survivor of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
