Brussels is concerned about the large market share of chocolate manufacturer Mars in some product categories in certain European countries. That is why the European Commission wants to subject the multi-billion dollar takeover of Pringles parent company Kellanova by Mars to a comprehensive competition investigation, news agency Reuters reports based on insiders.
