"I do not agree with such interference in judgments," says the outraged mayor.

The mayor of Puławy was supposed to report to the Prison in Opole Lubelskie on March 31 to serve his sentence, but due to the fine being paid by an anonymous person without the knowledge of the mayor, he was not arrested.
