After years of abandonment, the Villa Estrella Social Center, located in the El Santuario colony in Iztapalapa, reopened its doors after being renovated with an investment of 22 million pesos to become a Care Circuit. The space integrates health services, food, culture, sport and care for caregivers. It has dining room, temazcal, laundry, gym, Braille and digital library, medical and early stimulation areas.
