Reno Police Ticket More Than 100 People During Pedestrian Safety Operations
(Reno, NV) — The Reno Police Department is announcing the results of pedestrian safety operations. During the month of June, officers gave 103 people tickets and gave another 56 people warnings. Thirteen officers conducted the operations in the downtown area. Pedestrians are reminded to always use sidewalks, crosswalks and pedestrian bridges, plus obey all signs and traffic signals.
