We are saddened to announce the death of our dear uncle, Walter James Smith, who passed away March 1, 2025. Uncle was the last sibling of a family of six to pass away, the end of an era for us in the next generation. His parents, Ernest and Ethel Smith, came across the ocean from England as pioneers in the early 1920's. They weathered the drought, depression and WWII and built a farm in Davidson, SK.
