RIL AGM 2025: Reliance, Meta Enter Into ₹855 Crore India-Focused AI Joint Venture, Says Mukesh Ambani

  • The companies said the JV will build enterprise platforms powered by Meta's Llama models and leverage Jio's network plus Jamnagar Cloud Region and gigawatt-scale AI data centres with flexible deployment.
  • Under the agreement, the JV is funded with Rs 855 crore , capitalised 70% by Reliance and 30% by Meta, and aims to lower cost barriers for small and medium businesses .
  • Mukesh Ambani also unveiled Reliance Intelligence, a wholly owned AI unit aiming to embed AI across businesses with four missions and to position India as a leader, backed by Google partnerships.
