The management of radio spectrum among OECD countries is often an “achilles heel” to reduce the costs of infrastructure deployment; however, in the case of Mexico, this international organization endorses the recommendation it has made for more than 10 years: “to reduce as much as possible annual fee payments” for the use of this essential resource for connectivity and digitization.
