Nashville SC on Pace to Make League History After Stunning Victory

On Saturday, Nashville SC defeated the Columbus Crew 3-2 at Geodis Park, securing their third consecutive win with two stoppage-time goals.
Nashville entered leading the MLS Supporters Shield with 49 points, while the Columbus Crew sought to reverse a three-game losing streak.
Hany Mukhtar opened scoring for Nashville in the 27th minute, but Columbus responded with second-half strikes from Mohamed Farsi and Andre Gomes to take a 2-1 lead.
Reed Baker-Whiting headed home a corner kick in stoppage time to equalize, then Andy Najar scored the winner from the right side of the area.
Columbus must address defensive lapses before facing Club America on Wednesday, as interim coach Laurent Courtois said the team needs "to learn from our mistakes.
