Petr Pavel will present a comprehensive plan for Ukraine’s post-war recovery at Thursday’s summit in Rome, aiming to coordinate international support around investment, refugee return, and accelerated EU integration.
According to the World Bank, the reconstruction of Ukraine will cost 450 billion – but the EU Commission is confident that it will be the largest donor. In Rome, the next steps will be discussed.
