Sheriff has padlocks for weapons; the aim is to prevent accidents

By: Ricardo Bueno Eagle Pass, Texas.- In order to prevent accidents during this holiday season or during visits to ranches during Easter Day, the Maverick County Sheriff's Office urges gun owners to install a padlock for them. Tom Schemerber, County Sheriff, explained that the agency in charge has a considerable amount of padlocks for all types of weapons, both long and short, being available to the community free of charge.

A few days after the Easter holidays began, the Ministry of Health issued a series of recommendations to the population to prevent accidents and to be able to enjoy a safe Easter vacation. When do the Easter holidays begin? According to the SEP calendar, the Easter holidays begin on April 11, at the same time as the Catholic celebration. Unlike the so-called Big Week, the holidays last for two weeks, so they end until April 25.
