Let’s give away Quebec To the Editor, We all read about Donald Trump wanting to make Canada the 51st state and Justin Trudeau to be its governor, so why doesn’t Canada offer to give them the province of Quebec, then Trudeau could be its governor? If memory serves me, didn’t Quebecers hold a vote to separate from Canada but stayed with a 51% to remain in Canada?
