Rape charge dropped against doctor accused of assaulting patient at Magnolia hospital | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

At the request of prosecutors, a judge last week dismissed a rape charge against a physician who had been accused of assaulting a patient at Magnolia Regional Medical Center, and the doctor's attorney said Thursday he doesn't expect the charge to be refiled.
