- The app is designed to handle up to 150,000 ticket reservations and 4 million queries every minute, featuring guest access, simplified registration, and seamless integration across multiple services.
- This launch and the PRS modernization underscore Indian Railways' aim to provide inclusive, efficient passenger services aligned with Prime Minister Modi’s vision of transforming railways.
