Railway embankment fire believed to be accidental

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to reports of a fire on a railway embankment on Old Liverpool Road, Warrington on Saturday afternoon. At 15:37 one crew from Warrington attended the fire on Old Liverpool Road. A fire on a railway embankment involving a 1m x 5m patch of grass was extinguished using a hose reel jet.
