Railroad crossing work redirecting traffic in Normal

NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) -- Two railroad crossings in Normal are expected to close for railroad work. The railroad crossing at University Street will be closed by Union Pacific starting at 7 a.m. on June 18, according to Normal Public Works Operations Manager Jason Comfort.
