Not only stormy, the sky above Slovenia was also adorned with rainbow clouds. “Such a cloud, which is also called circumhorizon arc, appears when the sun is located at least 58 degrees above the horizon, so it is most often observed in our country at the end of spring and at the beginning of summer,” explains our house forecaster Rok Nosan, who adds that such a cloud is a rather rare phenomenon in our country.
