A Pottstown man rammed a gate of a rock quarry near Birdsboro, police said, then defiantly drove around despite being told by workers that he wasn’t permitted there. After barging through the gate of Haines & Kibblehouse Quarry in Robeson Township on Saturday morning, David Haas, 68, drove at workers who were telling him it was private property, police said in the criminal complaint.
