PUTNAM — A Putnam man was arrested Monday evening after allegedly threatening to commit violence at the Putnam Municipal Complex, according to the Putnam Police Department. The investigation began around 4:30 p.m. when a town employee reported concerning posts on social media to the police. The posts, made by Brian A.
