Putin says Russia will achieve its Ukraine aims by force if Kyiv doesn't want peace
Putin said Moscow will use military force if Ukraine refuses peace, following a 10-hour Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv that caused civilian casualties, Ukrainian officials said.
