- The court mandated that the Central Bureau of Investigation submit findings within two months, establishing an investigation independent of state-level agencies potentially influenced by the Chief Minister's office.
- Last month, Mann dismissed the Enforcement Directorate's allegations as the BJP's political interference, stating he did not need a certificate of honesty "from people who looted" the state.
