A little more than two thirds of users say they are satisfied with the quality of public services, according to a study presented on Monday 2 June by Laurent Marcangeli, Minister of the Public Service. In particular, three services collect very high satisfaction rates among users, with at the head of the school (81%), followed by hospitals (80%) and the Gendarmerie (78%). These figures come from a questionnaire survey carried out by the Ministry…

The Ministry of Public Action launched this Monday an annual barometer of public services. It shows a strong satisfaction, a fortiori in direct relations with agents, but also identifies black spots.

The Minister presents the main results on a trip to Dijon. Almost all respondents (94%) report having had at least one interaction with a public service in the last 12 months. Of these 94% of users, 69% say they are satisfied with the quality of the service.

People who are less comfortable with the Internet or young people are among the least satisfied. A good point is given for the benevolence and respect felt during their contacts with the agents.
