On Wednesday, the Public Prosecution Service demanded a two-year prison sentence, 19 months of which were suspended, for a 19-year-old man from Nijmegen who entered the House of Representatives building with a knife in February. "That strikes at the very heart of democracy," the prosecutor said. The Public Prosecution Service also requested 240 hours of community service.
