PSDB has lost its character, say historical tucanos

A few months before the date on which the Federal Constitution would be promulgated (October 5, 1988), a group of dissatisfied with the direction that the MDB (Brazilian Democratic Movement) took under the government of José Sarney (1985-1990) called a meeting.
