After an offer of help, Wayne County's prosecutor has decided he will seek the death penalty if Ivan Miller is convicted of killing three women in southern Utah.

The Wayne County Attorney says he will file notice to seek the death penalty against the defendant charged with three counts of aggravated murder there.The county attorney, Michael Winn, declined to go on camera with FOX 13 News, but in a phone call said he intends to file the notice.
