“Luis Hermosilla Is a Danger”: the Prosecutor’s Appeal for the Attorney General’s Office to Get the Audio Case Back to Jail - La Tercera

Six days have passed since last Thursday, March 20, and after 205 days, lawyer Luis Hermosilla left the Captain Yáber Prison Annex, after the Fourth Court of Guarantee reversed his pretrial detention. This, in a ruling issued by judge Andrea Díaz-Muñoz, who agreed to what was requested by the defense and that the Public Prosecutor's Office seeks to reverse so that the former reputed criminalist is back behind bars.

The Chief Public Prosecutor of Las Condes, Felipe Sepúlveda, stated that all the records presented in court in the Hermosilla case are credited with the existence of crimes.
