The head of Seville's 15th Examining Court has decided to prosecute Candy, the abuser who changed his gender and was already convicted of male chauvinist violence against his ex-wife, now for assaulting her again a year ago and threatening her death, in addition to allegedly giving alcohol to her youngest daughter to cause her to be intoxicated with Ethyls.
Seville's 15th Examining Court sees enough evidence that Candy, already registered as a woman, assaulted her ex-partner and forced her to drink "between eight and ten glasses" of alcohol to the girl.
