Pritzker signals possibility of using executive order for regulating delta-8 products – WCIA (Champaign)

The governor pushed for a bill regulating delta-8 products to only be sold at dispensaries earlier this year. It passed the Senate, but Illinois Speaker of the House Chris Welch did not bring it up for a vote on the house floor after a dramatic argument behind closed doors.
