Prince Harry's children targeted by 'European paparazzi' while at school in England
Police identified the men as international photographers after private security saw them walking the perimeter and looking into the school grounds.
- On Monday, two international photographers were spotted patrolling the perimeter of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's school, stopping to look into the grounds before returning to a white rental van.
- Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, relocated to the UK on August 26 after six years in California, enrolling their children at this second school following security and traffic concerns that forced a swift departure from their first institution.
- A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex branded the photographers' conduct "extraordinarily reckless," noting the men worked for a European press agency operating outside British domestic privacy standards.
- British police are investigating the incident, while the Home Office committee RAVEC uses the evidence to evaluate the family's threat level and assess whether protection arrangements require adjustment.
- The intrusion occurred days after five men were arrested near RAF Fairford on terrorism suspicion, heightening the family's alert level as Harry has long cited the 1997 death of Princess Diana to justify his security concerns.
