MEXICO CITY (ANP/RTR) - Mexico has filed complaints with the justice systems in US states regarding the actions against Mexican citizens during operations by ICE, the immigration and customs enforcement agency. The agency is notorious for operations involving the use of force, sometimes with fatal consequences.
