MORGANTON, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A previously convicted Burke County man is charged with a string of felonies after six firearms were reportedly discovered in his vehicle over the weekend.  On Sunday, June 1, deputies with the Burke County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep Cherokee, claiming it was displaying a fictitious license plate.
