On the morning of November 1, in Gyeongju (South Korea), the 2nd session of the 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting took place, with leaders and heads of delegations from 21 APEC member economies. President Luong Cuong led the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the meeting.
