Prep football: Patriots survive test, defeat Knights 27-12

ONA – It took a while for George Washington to finds its footing, but when it did, the Patriots rallied to defeat Cabell Midland 27-12 in high school football Monday night at the Castle. “We were uncomfortable. It took a while to get comfortable,” Patriots coach Steve Edwards said. “When we did, we were able to take off. They had a good game plan. We had to work.”
